Installation for tires you already purchased
If you bought tires online or from a retailer, contact us with their brand, full size, quantity, and your vehicle details. We confirm compatibility, equipment suitability, and the installation quote before scheduling.
Keep the tires accessible at the appointment location. Let us know about wheel locks, different front and rear sizes, run-flat tires, aftermarket wheels, or other special fitment before the visit.
Mounting and balancing are different jobs
Mounting fits the tire to the wheel. Balancing addresses uneven weight distribution in the tire-and-wheel assembly. When requesting an installation quote, confirm the number of tires and whether the work includes mounting, balancing, and refitting the wheels.
A vibration can have causes beyond wheel balance. Describe any existing vibration, damaged wheel, or unusual tire wear so it can be considered when discussing the service.
Prepare a suitable place for the visit
Arrange accessible parking on a suitable surface with room around the vehicle and space for the service van. Share gate codes or access instructions when booking, and check any workplace or property restrictions on vehicle service.
Have your wheel-lock key ready if one is required. Ask in advance about tire disposal and any valve or TPMS work so the agreed quote reflects the service you need.

Tell us your vehicle type and tire size so we can confirm suitability. For multiple vehicles or a fleet appointment, provide the vehicle list, tire quantities, and available parking space before scheduling.
