When replacement is the better option
A repair is not suitable for every flat. Sidewall or shoulder damage, extensive wear, and damage from driving on a deflated tire can make replacement necessary. We assess the tire and explain the options before starting work.
You can also arrange planned replacement of worn tires at home or work. Tell us how many tires you need and whether you have a preferred brand or specific tire requirements.
Confirm tire size and availability before dispatch
Read the full size from the sidewall, such as 225/60R17, and share your vehicle’s make, model, and year. Some vehicles use different front and rear sizes. Mention run-flat tires, low-profile wheels, wheel locks, or other special fitment requirements.
Inventory and suitable options vary. We confirm availability, the tire option, the total quote, and the arrival estimate before arranging service. We do not claim that every size is carried at all times.
Replacement, mounting, and balancing
The agreed visit can include removing the damaged tire, mounting its replacement, balancing the wheel, setting the pressure, and refitting it to the vehicle. Ask about valves, TPMS requirements, and old-tire disposal when requesting your quote.
We need a location with safe access and sufficient working room. For a roadside breakdown, share the road, direction of travel, and nearest exit or landmark so we can assess where service can take place.

The appropriate replacement depends on the vehicle, the remaining tires, and the manufacturer’s requirements. Matching tire specifications and tread differences can be especially important for all-wheel-drive vehicles. We discuss your existing tires before confirming the work.
